We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to deliver exceptional service to our hotel patrons. The responsibilities of a Room Attendant encompass changing linens, making beds, and sanitizing bathrooms. You will respond to guest inquiries and ensure that our accommodations are fully stocked, pristine, and welcoming at all times. Ultimately, your role will be to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change bed linens and prepare beds
  • Replace used towels
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Dust furniture
  • Restock bath amenities (e.g., soap and shampoo)
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and orderly by the end of the shift
  • Adhere to hotel security protocols

Required Skills

  • Prior experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeper
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and supplies
  • Good physical condition and stamina
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Capability to follow directions
  • High school diploma is advantageous
