Amusement Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Amusements Attendant at Spare Time Entertainment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

• Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, using our Spare Time Service Standards to ensure a positive experience.
• Greet guests, determine their needs, and provide information about our games and services.
• Patrol the gaming area to respond to guest needs and address any issues that may arise.
• Encourage guests to try new games and services, and promote our location's features and upcoming events.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently, handling transactions and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the laser tag and escape rooms.
• Communicate any inventory shortages or equipment issues to management.
• Monitor guests for rule violations and enforce safety rules.
• Report any company violations to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
• Regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
