About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' strengths and weaknesses to develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement and execute treatment plans, collaborating with patients and their support systems to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Utilize your expertise in occupational therapy to aid patients in achieving their goals, including improving pain levels, tolerance, and functional independence
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Document patient care data accurately and efficiently, adhering to regulatory guidelines and departmental standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the relevant state (NY, NJ)
  • Valid CPR license
  • Experience with EMR software, with a preference for those with strong clinical decision-making skills and excellent oral and written communication
