Job Summary:

Soliant Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As an Occupational Therapist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and make a meaningful impact on their educational and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in a K-12th grade setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in students
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve students' fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and other occupational therapy-related skills

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active or pending Illinois Occupational Therapy License
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a pediatric setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
