We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Direct Lending team. This role will be integral to the leveraged finance platform within our Global Fixed Income Credit business. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to investing in private debt financings across the capital structure, with a focus on unitranche, first lien, and second lien loans.
Your responsibilities will include quarterbacking the investment process from start to finish, working closely with Team Leaders and Credit Research to conduct company and industry research, develop investment recommendations, and manage loan positions post-closing. You will also assist in preparing investment committee memorandums, supporting Team Leaders in presenting investment recommendations, evaluating economic and legal terms, and monitoring existing investments.
