Job Title: Healthcare Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to join our team at DeAngelis Diamond. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of healthcare projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of project execution, including logistics, resources, and scheduling.
  • Lead subcontractors and ensure project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction goals are met.
  • Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Communicate effectively with owners, design professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Apply DeAngelis Diamond's standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage schedules, prepare RFI's, review and process Submittals and Shop Drawings.
  • Prepare project records and reports.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with Company Safety Policies and OSHA requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in healthcare construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects exceeding $20 million.
  • Healthcare Construction & AHCA experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong personal integrity and high ethical standards.
  • Able to function in a positive, friendly, high-energy, and collaborative environment.
