Elwyn is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students with speech and language disorders. You will work closely with the IEP team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct evaluations and assessments, and provide small-group and individual therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the IEP team
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs
  • Provide small-group and individual therapy sessions to target specific skills and goals
  • Participate in data review and IEP meetings to inform treatment planning and progress monitoring
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • PA Department of Education Certification in Speech Instruction or Speech Communication
  • PA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • ASHA Certification (CCC)
  • Experience working with students with speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
