Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate Plastic Molding equipment to facilitate production
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications
  • Enhance processes to achieve production targets
  • Identify and rectify manufacturing issues
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to meet production schedules
  • Maintain machinery and execute repairs as necessary

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in blow and injection molding
  • Mechanical skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency
  • Strong foundation in Quality Assurance practices
  • Technical knowledge of molding techniques
  • Collaborative team member with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to interpret blueprints and schematics
  • High school diploma or equivalent
