Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.">
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).">
  • Screen resumes and application forms.">
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.">
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.">
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.">
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.">
  • Must Speak Spanish & English.">

Skills:

  • ">
  • Strong understanding of employment labor law.">
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).">
  • Experience with recruiting software (e.g., PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Salesforce, Taleo).">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to conduct research using various recruiting tools and platforms.">
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).">
  • Familiarity with Employee relations practices.">

Salary and Benefits:
