Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Boyne Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food according to established recipes and food handling guidelines.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations.
  • Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef, Banquet, Executive Chef, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
