Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Boyne Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to established recipes and food handling guidelines.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet our high standards.
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations.
- Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef, Banquet, Executive Chef, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
