Generations Healthcare Network is seeking a seasoned Admissions Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving census growth and developing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Census Growth and Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase census growth in skilled nursing facilities.
- Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with hospital discharge staff, managed care organizations, social workers, and community leaders to drive referrals and admissions.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to admissions staff to ensure seamless execution of admissions processes.
- Operational Excellence: Analyze and improve admissions processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including hospital liaison, administrator, director of nursing, and physicians.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as an Admissions Director or similar title in skilled nursing settings.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to facilities in the Chicago area, northwestern Illinois, and northeastern Indiana, with occasional overnight stays.
- Admissions Expertise: Working knowledge of the patient referral process for Long-Term Care.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field preferred.
- Competitive Salary: Salary range of $60,000-$65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
