Type: Permanent, Full Time
Shift Pattern: Average of 41 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days (some Saturday shifts on a rostered basis)

As a Trainee White Goods Engineer, you will embark on an exciting journey within our White Goods Repair Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment, where you will receive comprehensive training to transition into a full White Goods Engineer role within 2-4 months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Test, diagnose, and repair white goods in customers' homes.
- Utilize technical expertise across a variety of white goods appliances.
- Operate a company vehicle and manage your daily schedule effectively.
- Enhance our reputation as a trusted home services provider.

To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a positive approach to engaging with customers. Your ability to build rapport will be as crucial as your technical skills.

Essential Requirements:
- Experience in repair or installation, particularly with electrical or electro-mechanical products.
- Basic electrical knowledge, both theoretical and practical.
- Capability to handle heavy appliances (e.g., washing machines, dishwashers).
- A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
