Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial refrigeration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Universal EPA
  • Experience in HVAC/R
  • Proficiency in working with various brands of equipment, including ice machines, reach-in coolers/freezers, walk-in coolers, and freezers (e.g., Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Scotsman, Kolpak, Heatcraft, Beverage air, True, etc.)
  • Knowledge of modern refrigerants (404a, 448A, 449A, 134a, 410A, R-22, R290, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose refrigeration units in a timely manner
  • Operating tools, manifold, and other testing equipment for refrigeration equipment
  • Reading and understanding wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Experience dealing with customers and subcontractors
