Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and courteous Cashier/Host to join our team at Golden Corral in Rocky Mount/Johnson City. As a Cashier/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere invitation to return as they leave.
  • Offer assistance to any guests who may need help, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
  • Handle payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Know what is on the buffet for the day and have a full knowledge of menu and prices, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
