We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care services, communicating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. This is a full-time position working alternate shift schedules (day, evening, nights, weekends).

In this role, you will:
* Coordinate patient care activities and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions
* Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available based on performance and market conditions.
