Your primary objective will be to guarantee seamless site manufacturing and support operations, ensuring no interruptions or deficiencies in facilities. Your Contributions
You will:
- Collaborate across functions to create and execute a strategic Facilities roadmap and annual operational plan that serves as a competitive edge for Mondelēz. Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to establish and achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement objectives.
- Lead and take responsibility for the Building Maintenance program and Facilities maintenance capabilities, ensuring compliance with business continuity plans and manufacturing standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the Facilities team in implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma methodologies, aiming for zero breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Exemplify core values and principles through effective coaching and mentoring, enhancing skill capabilities within the Plant technical and engineering teams.
- Engage with key stakeholders to foster effective relationships and align priorities to meet company objectives.
What You Bring
A commitment to shaping your future and advancing your career, along with the following qualifications:
- Robust operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- An engineering background with strong financial and business insight, project management capabilities, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
- Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), coaching, and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance and Reliability: Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of equipment and machinery within the facility.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct analyses to uncover underlying issues contributing to equipment failures.
- Predictive Maintenance Technologies: Utilize predictive maintenance technologies, including vibration analysis and infrared thermography.
- Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Employ data-driven decision-making to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
- Continuous Improvement Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within maintenance reliability programs.
- Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure maintenance activities align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve reliability challenges.
- Training and Development: Commit to ongoing training and development in maintenance reliability engineering.
- Performance Metrics and KPIs: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to equipment reliability.
Additional Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of reliability engineering principles, including reliability analysis and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and reliability tools.
Education / Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering) is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or a related field.
Job Specific Requirements: Experience with SAP PM module is advantageous; proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) is expected.
Work Schedule: 1st shift, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM or daily from 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM.
