Reliability Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team at Terri Rennie Consulting Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a stable and progressive manufacturer in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a corporate preventive and predictive maintenance system to enhance safety, product quality, and production efficiency across all plants.
  • Provide training to end-users on the maintenance system and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Continuously improve the corporate electrical and instrumentation PM system to achieve better labor/material effectiveness and safety.
  • Identify trends and events leading to failures and correct the root causes of equipment and process failures.
  • Utilize FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and predictive inspections to detect defects early and prevent unplanned failures.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical or Reliability Engineering).
  • 5+ years of experience in Reliability, Maintenance, and/or Operational roles.
  • Strong process manufacturing background and experience with plant planning and scheduling.
  • Excellent analytical skills, presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and CMMS.
  • Familiarity with RCFA methodologies and experience with workflow from service requests to work order close-out.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within North America and Europe (approx 10-25%).
