• Maintenance Tasks: Perform janitorial duties, including building interior and exterior cleaning, and conduct hourly checks to ensure doors are locked and the building is secure.

• Valid Class B CDL Driver's License: Must be held by the candidate.
• Truck Driving Experience: At least one year of experience as a truck driver.
• Education: High school or GED equivalent.
