Responsibilities- Public Contact: Handle phone calls from citizens and respond to requests from City Hall and supervisors in a professional manner.
- Vehicular Operations: Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to assist in emergencies and perform occasional driving tasks as needed.
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform janitorial duties, including building interior and exterior cleaning, and conduct hourly checks to ensure doors are locked and the building is secure.
- Valid Class B CDL Driver's License: Must be held by the candidate.
- Truck Driving Experience: At least one year of experience as a truck driver.
- Education: High school or GED equivalent.
This role involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments, exposing the employee to various weather conditions, vibrations, noise, and physical demands such as lifting up to 100 pounds, pulling, reaching, bending, climbing, and kneeling.
CompensationThe estimated weekly salary for this position ranges between $1,232.22 and $1,310.68, reflecting the level of responsibility and the location.
