About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donor Floor Technician to join our team at Octapharma Plasma. As a key member of our donation center staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plasmapheresis process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the donor area for the plasmapheresis process, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for donors.
  • Operate automated plasmapheresis machines with precision and accuracy, maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and regulatory guidelines, ensuring the highest quality of plasma collection.

  • A person committed to excellent customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to donors and patients.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in science and mathematics.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our donation center.
  • General computer skills, with proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  • Licensure required by the state of employment, with a valid license to practice in the state where the donation center is located.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and follow protocol, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to donors and patients.
