Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide Floor Technicians in their assigned duties to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of floors using various mechanical and powered cleaning equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on floor care equipment and assist with floor cleaning tasks, including stripping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
- Monitor team schedules and time management.
- Direct floor technicians in the proper handling of furniture and merchandise prior to floor care services.
- Supervise the correct use of equipment and supplies by floor technicians.
- Assist in procuring supplies, tools, and equipment from approved vendors as necessary.
- Report any equipment that requires repair or replacement to management.
- Suggest additional services or improvements to the Floor Tech Manager.
- Maintain a safe working environment for both customers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all work procedures and standards according to quality management policies and company regulations.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in floor care or custodial services
- Strong understanding of floor maintenance and custodial practices
- Ability to operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment
- Capability to build and maintain professional relationships with management and staff
- Physical requirements include the ability to push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs, with or without accommodations
- Must be able to meet all physical demands of the position, including bending, reaching, grasping, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Availability to work various shifts
