Key Responsibilities
  • Discuss grooming requests with customers and provide personalized recommendations
  • Schedule and confirm groom appointments, ensuring seamless communication with owners
  • Receiving and releasing dogs to and from owners, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
  • Bathing, trimming nails, cleaning ears, brushing, blow-drying, clipping, shaving, and expressing anal glands, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Maintaining accurate grooming records and establishing strong relationships with customers
  • Promoting our grooming services and staying up-to-date on industry trends and standards
Requirements
  • 1+ years of professional grooming experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions associated with grooming
  • Current Tetanus vaccination and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
