We are seeking a highly skilled Non-Destructive Testing Inspector II to join our team at Shipyard Staffing LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing MT inspections on structural welds in a shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MT inspections on structural welds in a shop environment.
- Climb vertical ladders, crawl in tanks and confined spaces, and not be afraid of heights.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and perform minor grinding for relevancy checks.
- Work Monday through Friday, with optional Saturday and Sunday shifts up to 12 hours per day.
- Pass a practical examination to prove proficiency in each NDT inspection method.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of documented current experience as a certified inspector in the applicable method(s).
- Hold documented qualification/certification to the Level II requirements for ASNT's SNT-TC-1A, 2001 Edition or later.
Requirements:
