- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety in blood collection procedures.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with donors, phlebotomists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum two years of supervisory/leadership experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: Starting rate $63,690.
