Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Utilize the nursing process to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or Compact State

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range:

$37.88-$54.19

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
