Position Overview: Marketing Specialist

Become a vital part of our PCGS Marketing team, leading project management efforts to execute impactful marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and oversee project creative briefs that encompass copywriting, asset collection, and objective setting.
  • Efficiently coordinate project timelines and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and objectives.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling communications using Salesforce.
  • Promote PCGS events in collaboration with the events team.
  • Support translation efforts for our global marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to updating PCGS AdWords campaigns and liaising with our external AdWords team.
  • Manage media planning and oversee online/print media placements.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing and creative teams.
  • Engage as a moderator and community listener on the PCGS forum and social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, PR, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience without a Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google AdWords/Analytics is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for the collecting hobby and awareness of its latest trends and developments.

Compensation

The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $26 to $35, determined by factors such as location, job level, experience, and skills.
