Job Description

We have per diem shifts available now in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities. As an LPN, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct nursing care and administering medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care

You will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid state license (LPN)
