Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Representative who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional products and customer service. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive personalized assistance and that their needs are met with expertise and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations with precision and efficiency.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Embrace feedback and engage in coaching opportunities from management.
  • Assist with inventory management and related tasks as necessary.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and comply with attendance policies.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
  • Promote customer loyalty programs and other benefits effectively.
  • Accurately process transactions using the POS system and maintain cash drawer integrity.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required.
  • Address customer concerns by escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and foster respectful interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and welcoming.
  • Be adaptable and willing to assist in various roles as needed.
  • Integrate company policies into daily operations and interactions.
  • Respond promptly to the needs and requests of customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within retail, sales, or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of cannabis strains and their applications is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid CO State verified Badge.
  • Experience in the cannabis or health industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Position requires prolonged standing and occasional bending, stooping, and stretching.
  • Ability to operate a computer, POS system, and other office equipment is essential.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
  • Work is conducted in a fast-paced retail cannabis environment.
  • Frequent interaction with customers and team members is expected.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is necessary.
