We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Golf Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding our high standards for merchandising and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and preferences.
- Uphold company standards for merchandising, presentation, and customer service.
- Promote company programs and services to customers.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
- Create an inclusive store environment that welcomes and respects all customers and teammates.
- Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Golf industry experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items occasionally.
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time.
