Elite Staffing Network LLC is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Behavioral Health Specialist. This is a full-time position that will support the Behavioral Health services at our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate referrals to community and government agencies for services.
- Assess the psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and their family members, and formulate and implement a treatment plan.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide psychosocial treatment to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Implement treatment modalities in working with individuals, families, and groups who are experiencing psychiatric, medical, and social problems.
- Provide counseling and/or psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, and families.
- Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
- Attend and participate in meetings, professional staff conferences, and other activities as necessary.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a fully accredited school.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted LCSW license from any state.
- Life Support Certification: Possess and maintain a current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
- Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in clinical social work within a mental health setting.
- Experience working with active-duty service members and/or veterans.
- Training/certification in modalities such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
