The Goddard School in Independence, OH is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Infant Teacher to join our infant (6 weeks - 12 months) teaching team.

We create a nurturing and joyful space for children to grow, explore, and learn through our Wonder of Learning curriculum. This approach inspires a love of learning from the very start, and we are looking for staff who share this commitment to excellence and creativity.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging activities that introduce infants to the joy of learning through sensory play, music, language exploration, and movement.
  • Foster individual growth by observing each child's unique development and creating personalized experiences that nurture curiosity and celebrate milestones.
  • Create a safe and loving environment where children feel secure, loved, and eager to explore the world around them.
  • Cultivate effective communication with parents and caregivers to share daily fun and learning moments, keeping them updated on developmental progress and memorable milestones.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of dedicated educators in a school that values ongoing learning, creativity, and teamwork.
