About the Role

This position will provide supplemental reading services to various nonpublic schools in the region, assessing students in need of remediation and support. The successful candidate will design and implement effective literacy programs, providing consultation on instructional strategies to school staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assess students in need of remediation and develop targeted interventions
  • Design and deliver supplemental reading programs for students with varying needs
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
Qualifications
  • Masters degree preferred
  • PA Reading Specialist PK-12 certification required (or willingness to enroll in program and obtain emergency permit)
  • PA Instructional Certification in Elementary Education PreK-4 or K-6 required

  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
