Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our experienced team of healthcare professionals at The Laurels of West Carrollton.

About the Role:
  • As a LPN, you will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care services and health education to our guests.
  • You will supervise the care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for our guests.
  • Assess the health of our guests and notify the physician of changes in status.
  • Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.
  • Contribute to the guest's assessment (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
