Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough reviews of tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Resolve tax issues with clients in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate identified tax accrual review issues with clients and the audit team
- Ensure timely billing and manage out-of-scope activities
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to improve clients' financial positions
- Review tax implications studies and offer alternative courses of action
- Train, mentor, and supervise tax staff, and provide performance feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 8+ years of experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and consulting principles
- Strong analytical and tax research skills
- CPA or EA certification
We offer a competitive salary range of $115k - $150k and relocation assistance for non-local candidates. If you are a motivated and experienced Tax Manager looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
