Dietary Assistant

Join our team at Winner Regional Health as a Dietary Assistant, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food service to our residents and patients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dietary team. As a Dietary Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents and patients, maintaining a clean and safe food service environment, and ensuring that all food is prepared and served in accordance with our high standards.

• Prepare and serve meals to residents and patients in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils
• Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with our high standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures
• Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food purchasing, and food preparation
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, patients, and staff

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• A competitive hourly rate of $16.00
