Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and visionary Immersive Environment Architect to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our architecture and planning department, you'll play a leading role in shaping the design and execution of our venue projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with the Director of Architecture and Planning on designing and developing new venue projects.
  • Continuously pushing the boundaries of innovative design solutions to implement in future venues.
  • Assisting in early design phases with site feasibility studies and test fits.
  • Conducting site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
  • Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate forward-thinking solutions into designs.
  • Finding new ways to elevate and deliver the Cosm Fan experience in our venues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
  • Excellent skills in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino 3D).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Licensure in architecture is a plus, but not required.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with your level of experience and qualifications.
