Job Summary

This role involves working directly with individuals who require support with daily living activities, personal care, and other needs. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals">
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming">
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of individual progress and support needs">
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery">

Qualifications and Requirements

  • ">
  • No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training and certifications">
  • CPR and First Aid certification">
  • Medication Administration certification">
  • Oregon Intervention System certification">
  • Positive Behavior Support certification">
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends">
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)">
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software">
