Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Program Director to oversee all aspects of our academic program. This individual will work closely with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to create individualized academic plans for students, ensuring they achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized academic plans for students in collaboration with parents and school districts.
  • Coordinate with schools to administer coursework and provide virtual instruction and support.
  • Oversee math and science tutors, providing direction, feedback, and management.
  • Monitor student progress, provide weekly updates to parents, and maintain electronic documentation.
  • Provide daily and weekly assignment scheduling, support students in setting goals, and participate in IEP/504 meetings.
  • Communicate with clinical staff and direct care staff to address behavioral, academic, and attendance concerns.
  • Attend Treatment Team meetings, parent meetings, and clinical calls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in student instruction (middle/high school preferred).
