Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop detailed solution designs and documentation for cloud contact center architecture and standards development.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of contact center solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for the installation and configuration of software packages and solutions.
  • Develop automation solutions for capacity planning and performance tuning.
  • Ensure security and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in large enterprise Contact Center architecture.
  • 10+ years of overall experience in large enterprise Contact Center preferred.
  • Working experience with automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, or others.
  • Working experience with cloud networks and Cisco Voice Systems.
