Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Engineer - Middleware Architect to join our SaaS Continuity Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and building high-availability and service continuity solutions across the entire stack – infrastructure, database, platform, and application services – and all the dependent components.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to architect, design, and implement SaaS Services and underlying platform in a distributed cloud environment.
  • Drive the technical architecture of our service continuity solutions and contribute to the product strategy.
  • Develop next-generation availability and resiliency features for Oracle's SaaS cloud environment.
Requirements
  • MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience architecting solutions for large enterprise systems in cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware products and technologies (Weblogic, OHS).
  • Strong experience in networking technologies and cloud infrastructure services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale services on a public cloud platform (Examples: AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.
  • Understanding of distributed computing and cloud-based platforms.
