Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
  • Respond to calls for spill clean-up, trash removal, and cleaning or straightening of public or back-of-house areas
  • Clean and maintain back-of-house areas, such as offices, hallways, and restrooms
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Pays special attention to detail and assures that we exceed guest expectations by being responsive and engaged
  • Maintains ongoing communication with all team members and responds to internal and external inquiries and complaints
  • Protects company assets by establishing and ensuring adherence to security standards
  • Strives to deliver exceptional products and services and demonstrates behaviors consistent with Columbia Hospitality values and mission
  • Completes other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical applications a plus
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced role
