Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Engagement at the Bernardaud Institute: Facilitate insightful training sessions for sales personnel, concentrating on Bernardaud products and the art of table setting. Play a vital role in invigorating the Bernardaud Institute, fostering excellence in the French art of living.


• Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams and sales associates to ensure cohesive brand representation. Provide ongoing support and insights to store personnel and specialists.


• Performance Analysis: Track sales patterns and inventory levels, assess point of sale effectiveness, and recommend strategic enhancements.


• Event Representation: Act as a representative for Bernardaud at significant in-store and industry events, strengthening brand visibility and engaging with the community.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in business, design, or a related field.


• Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, preferably within the luxury or tableware industry.


• Enthusiasm for training, culture, and the French art of living.


• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for motivating and inspiring others.


• Creative mindset, refined aesthetic sensibility, and meticulous attention to detail.


• Willingness to travel frequently.


• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
