Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Child Life, Psychology, or Therapeutic Recreation. Additionally, you should have completed academic coursework requirements as outlined by Association of Child Life Professionals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. You should also be able to prioritize and complete duties in a timely and organized manner.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
