We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Services Supervisor to join our team at Force 1 Restoration Services LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the mitigation efforts and ensuring the successful completion of restoration projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians assigned to restoration projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review documentation, including notes, photos, and reports, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters to provide updates on project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervise and direct the activities of technicians, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that restoration projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Education and Certification: IICRC Certification required.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to lift up to 70 pounds frequently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise reposition objects, and work in various environments.
Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to changing weather conditions, varying temperatures, and potential hazards. Must be able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
