As a Coffee Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our café experience. Your passion for coffee and dedication to quality will create memorable moments for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting exquisite coffee beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to established recipes while accurately recording orders.
  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guests, process payments, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all bar areas, including the coffee station, and ensure proper sanitation of glassware.
  • Assist in inventory management and report any maintenance issues to the management team.
  • Regularly clean tables, chairs, and surfaces in the café to uphold a tidy environment.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly manner, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Monitor product freshness and rotate stock as necessary.
  • This position requires availability Monday through Friday, with some flexibility.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, ready to support fellow team members.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and guests.
  • Flexible availability for morning, weekend, and holiday shifts.
