About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in dialysis care to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse. In this role, you will work independently to deliver optimal dialysis care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and making sound decisions related to patient treatment, as well as partnering with SNF staff to coordinate care.
What You Will Do
* Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting
* Troubleshoot and make sound decisions related to patient treatment
* Partner with SNF staff to coordinate care
* Conduct impactful and meaningful education to patients and their families
* Supervise dialysis technicians to meet capacity and efficiency goals
Requirements
* Previous experience in chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, or peritoneal dialysis (PD) nursing
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; minimum of 12 months' of RN experience
* Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
