Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to promote patient mobility, strength, and flexibility
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
  • 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an acute or post-acute setting
