Job SummaryWe are seeking a part-time or full-time Adult or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our clinical team in California. As a Psychiatrist with us, you will have the ability to treat the way you want to treat, with the opportunity to do as much or as little psychotherapy as you like. You will also have the ability to create your caseload and number of patients you would like to see.
What We Offer- Competitive Compensation Package: Based on productivity with uncapped earning potential, with a comp range of $360,000 to $420,000.
- Sign-on Bonus
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including 401K with 4% match, yearly funds towards association or license dues, CME allowance, paid paternity leave, and malpractice insurance provided.
- Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday with weekends optional, and a hybrid between office and home (as little as 1 day a week in the office).
- License: Licensed in California BE/BC.
- Experience: Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, and experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
