Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and implement critical community infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater, irrigation, and general utility engineering.
  • Participate in all phases of project planning, design, and construction, analyzing engineering data and creating construction-ready plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and sub-consultants to enhance public infrastructure, working with government agencies for permits, crossing agreements, easements, and other necessary requirements.
  • Organize and conduct meetings with consulting partners, contractors, clients, and agencies, utilizing design tools such as AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Excel, ArcGIS Pro, and Aquanuity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering, with certification as an Engineering Intern (EI) or Professional Engineer (PE).
  • 2-6 years of experience as a licensed EI or PE, with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with a variety of co-workers and teams.
  • Proven technical background and skillset, with a municipal engineering background.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000– $105,000 annually, determined by experience, along with an extensive benefits package, including bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, vacation, sick, and holiday pay, and ownership potential after three years.
