Job Overview

Compensation:

$80,000+ At Plan Commission

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize our established system to cultivate a sustainable referral network.
  • Maintain an updated list of key clients to foster ongoing relationship development.
  • Drive new business acquisition, finalize deals, and boost revenue through cold outreach, in-person meetings, and community engagement.
  • Inspire the sales team to achieve or surpass set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin goals.
  • Evaluate local market trends and competitor actions to uncover new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred.
  • Prior experience in direct sales, outside sales, or B2B sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
  • Proven track record of establishing trust and rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven.
  • Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
