  • Cash Control and Inventory Management: Oversee the management of cash and inventory, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience in our food service facilities.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our food service facilities, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to subordinate staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
